    This race is on a rolling country type course at Gurski Farm/Williams Park in Brookfield, CT. There’s plenty of single track and rolling farm trails and you get to see your fellow competitors quite a bit in an awesome trail running community environment.

    The Tarrywile Half Marathon, just might be one of the toughest trail half marathons you will ever run. Not only does it have a lot of elevation (close to 3K), a good portion of the terrain is fairly technical Northeast single track. The course offers some amazing viewpoints of Danbury as well as the tranquil lakes in the park. We’ve got 3 different distances for you: 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon.

    This race is one of the toughest, gnarliest races in the Northeast. Considered one of the more iconic parks and popular trail running/hiking spots in Connecticut for outdoor enthusiasts, it offers every kind of trail imaginable. There are 30+ miles in the park with everything from smooth carriage roads to the more technical, rocky, winding singletrack that Connecticut is famous for.
